About these terms

These terms apply when you use pickoftrend.com and when you place an order with us. Pick of Trend is operated by Dhukka Ho Pvt Ltd, a private limited company registered in Nepal, located in Kathmandu, Nepal (“we”, “us” or “our”).

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy, Shipping policy and Returns & refunds policy, which form part of these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States, as described in our Shipping policy.

If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and photos may show accessories that aren’t included; the product description lists what’s in the box. Before you buy, please check that the product is right for you — for example its size, power type or compatibility with your devices — using the information on the product page. If you’re unsure, ask us first.

Other companies’ brand and product names that appear on our website (for example, to describe compatibility) belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t mean those companies endorse us or are affiliated with us.

Prices, sales and taxes

• All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• Prices include import duties. Shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout. If we’re ever required to collect US sales tax, it will be shown at checkout before you pay.
• When a product is on sale, the sale price is a genuine reduction from the price we normally charge, and the sale has a stated end date.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we’ll contact you before shipping and let you choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

After you place an order, we’ll email you a confirmation that we’ve received it. That email is not yet our acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when we ship it and send you tracking information.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we can’t verify your payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you’ve paid, we’ll refund you in full.

Payment

We accept the credit and debit cards shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Cybersource on behalf of our bank, NIC Asia Bank Limited. Your card is charged in US dollars when you place your order.

Because our company is based in Nepal, your card issuer may treat your purchase as an international transaction and add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set and kept by your bank, not by us. The charge may appear on your card statement under our company name, Dhukka Ho Pvt Ltd, or our store name, Pick of Trend.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery areas, costs and times are explained in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates, but if we can’t ship your order within the time we state, we’ll tell you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to your shipping address.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

You can cancel your order before it ships, and you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge. Full details are in our Returns & refunds policy.

Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review or other content on our website, it must be honest, based on your own experience, and free of offensive, unlawful or promotional material. You allow us to display it on our website and in our store communications. We don’t change what reviews say, but we may remove content that breaks these rules.

Using our website

Please don’t misuse our website. For example, don’t try to gain unauthorized access, interfere with how it works, copy content in bulk, or use it for fraud. The website’s content, design and branding belong to us or our licensors and may not be used commercially without our permission.

Our responsibility to you

We promise that products will match their description and will be free from manufacturing defects when delivered. Our Returns & refunds policy explains how we put things right if they aren’t.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data or lost profits), or for problems caused by using a product in a way it wasn’t designed for. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded, or any responsibility that the law says can’t be limited.

Events outside our control

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events we can’t reasonably control, such as natural disasters, carrier or customs disruption, strikes or government action. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed, and you may cancel for a refund of anything that hasn’t been delivered.

Resolving problems

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@pickoftrend.com. Most problems can be solved quickly that way. If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, you’re free to use any other remedy available to you, including your card issuer’s dispute process.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that state.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
